Options
  • Phone/Remote Access Service: Sync Solutions engineer(s) resolves any reported problem or works upon any service request remotely either by phone or via secured network connections.
  • Onsite Service: For those issues that cannot be resolved remotely, Sync Solutions dispatches engineer(s) to the customer's site to do the work.
  • Stationed Service: By request, Sync Solutions can station its engineer(s) at a customer's workplace to conduct help desk support or provide any type of IT service to meet the customer's demand immediately.
Response
  • Phone/Remote Service: 0 - 1 Hour
  • Onsite Service: 1 - 4 Hours
  • Stationed Service: 0 Hour
* Response time is based upon contracts signed, location of service site and availability of technical staff.
Logs/Reports
  • Whenever service is delivered Sync Solutions' engineer will keep detailed logs and reports. At end of each service period Sync Solutions submits the reports and service logs to its customers for analysis and budgeting for optimal usage of IT resources.
